We just completed a family vacation and used TravelwithBarb as our coordinator. What a professional! Her recommendation on where to stay in Phoenix was "spot on". Family with little kids along is always a challenge...not for Barb! Thank you Barb for your hard work and excellent organization for us! The JW Marriott in Desert Ridge is a 5-star destination!

I was a chaperone for a weeklong trip to NYC with 70 high school students. Jen was our guide and was incredible. She kept everything moving, on time, thought of all the details so we didn't have to, and was attentive to the needs of the group. She knows high school kids so well and has way to anticipate what they might need. I was nervous navigating NYC with that large a group, but with Jen it was flawless! Thank you, Jen, and thank you Travel with Barb!

Their team activelty communciated with us and never left us in the dark with where they were at. I was a chaperone on a week long trip to NYC. Our tour Jen was fantastic. The itinerary was well thought out and allowed room for flexibility while keeping the group’s interests in mind. She was a very knowledgeable guide who showed us some of the highlights of the city as well as some things that should be on everyone’s “do not miss”. Her understanding of how groups operate best and her experience as a teacher really stood out in how she managed the trip, the expectations and inevitable changes that come along. I can’t imagine a better run trip.

Travel with Barb put together an amazing trip for GISH Fine arts students to Chicago! Kids & adults had the best time! I also had the pleasure to work with them as the parent rep in the online portal to get students registered, & trip planned. They were so easy and kind to work with! Prompt at helping and answering questions! It was a huge success thanks to Travel with Barb!! Tour guides were so much fun and interacted with our group so well!!

Ummm....where to begin. From the onset of planning, to the immediate feedback and communication, to the team showing up on site to help, or Middle School staff had a great experience on our North Omaha Bus tour, and the Hotshops. I have worked with Barb and her various evolving/improving team for more than 20 years, and she brings and insists that all around her bring their "A game" all the time. Go with this company. Experience the best. You won't be disappointed.

Our high school band has used Travel With Barb for three trips - Kansas City, Orlando and Chicago- and they have all been phenomenal. The planning and payment process is smooth, they listen to what we want and don’t want, even during the trip, and are very accommodating. The hotel properties are always great and the tour directors top-notch. For group travel, this is absolutely the best company to work with.

In my 23 years as a music educator, I have never worked with a better company than Travel With Barb. Their team was very responsive during the planning process and made our trip so easy and so much fun! Our students had a blast and our trip ran smoothly. I highly recommend this travel company to any teacher looking to book a school trip. We will be working with them again in our next trip! I can hardly wait!
